It is with much regret that we announce that one of our founder members and stalwart of Association Reunions every year, Henry (Bunny) Rothwell passed away on 23 September 2013. His funeral was held on 2 October 2013 at Todmorden Church, which was packed full of Bunny’s family and friends.
Association Chairman, Air Commodore Spike Milligan read “High Flight”.
The Squadron was represented by Flight Sergeant Bob Willis.
Bunny’s lifelong friend and fellow former Lancaster Air Gunner, Jack Linaker, aged 94, also attended.
The Association extends condolences to Sheila, Jeremy and their family.
